以高校教师为对象浅析工伤认定困境
A Brief Analysis of the Difficulties in Identifying Work-Related Injuries by Taking University Teachers as the Object
摘要: 高校教师在拥有较高的社会地位的同时也付出了辛苦,这些辛苦的背后也导致了一些伤害事故的发生,但若高校教师不幸负伤,大多数教师不知该如何维护自身权利,如何申请认定工伤。尤其是当他们的工作时间、工作地点和工作内容的不固定,往往影响工伤认定。同时,目前高校教师关于工伤的认识不到位,有些教师因工受伤却没有及时上报,错过一个月上报失效导致后续报销及待遇受损,影响切身利益。从工伤认定的角度出发,浅析高校教师在工伤认定中的困境。
Abstract:
College teachers have a high social status at the same time also paid a lot of hard work, behind these hard also led to the occurrence of some injury accidents, but if college teachers unfortu-nately injured, most teachers do not know how to protect their rights, how to apply for recognition of industrial injuries. Especially when their work time, work place and work content are not fixed, often affect the identification of work-related injuries. At the same time, the current understanding of college teachers about work-related injuries is not in place, some teachers did not report work-related injuries in time, miss a month to report failure, resulting in subsequent reimbursement and treatment damage, affecting the vital interests. From the angle of industrial injury identification, this paper analyzes the dilemma of college teachers in industrial injury identification.
