“双减”背景下初中英语分层作业设计研究
A Study on the Design of Stratified English Homework in Junior High School under the Background of “Double Reduction”

摘要: 中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》(以下简称“双减”政策)以来,许多教育工作者一方面为减压减少了作业布置量,但另一方面又担忧学生的学习水平难以提高,陷入了两难的境地。因此,减少机械性的作业,根据学生水平进行作业分层设计十分具有必要性。本文首先分析了初中英语作业设计现状以及“双减”背景下作业分层设计的必要性,然后阐明了作业分层设计的理论基础,接着以初二年级某一节课为例设计了一份分层作业,最后对作业分层设计的难处以及局限性进行总结与反思,探寻关于实现初中英语分层作业设计的有效方法。
Abstract: Since the issuance of the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Compulsory Education Students (hereinafter referred to as the Double Reduction Policy) by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, many teachers have reduced the amount of homework assigned to them in order to relieve stress, however, they are also concerned that students’ learning levels will not be im-proved so that there are several teachers have fallen into a dilemma. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce mechanical homework and design homework layers based on students’ level. This article first analyzes the current situation of homework design in junior high school English and the neces-sity of designing stratified English homework under the Double Reduction Policy. Then, it clarifies the theoretical basis of designing stratified English homework. Then, it takes a lesson in the second grade of junior high school as an example and designs a stratified English homework. Finally, it summarizes and reflects on the difficulties and limitations of designing stratified English homework and explores effective methods for achieving designing stratified English homework in junior high school English.
