摘要: 2型糖尿病性周围神经病变患病率与睡眠障碍发生率逐年上升,严重影响人们生活质量,本文归纳了中西医对两者的认识、治疗方法及影响因素的相关性,希望为预防与治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变合并睡眠障碍提供一些新的思路与依据,临床上以更好地指导治疗。
Abstract: The prevalence of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy and the incidence of sleep disorders are increasing year by year, which seriously affects people’s quality of life. This article summarized the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the two, treatment meth-ods and the correlation of influencing factors, hoping to provide some new ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy with sleep disorders, so as to better guide the clinical treatment.
