基于情境构建法的老年人助行器设计研究

Research on the Design of Walking Aids for the Elderly Based on Context Construction Method

摘要: 目的：改进现有助行器的使用情境，创造符合真实情感需求的产品，提升老年人的出行体验，促进老年人与周围环境和事物的交流和互动。方法：将情境构建法运用于出行情境，根据整个出行流程对情境中的人、产品、环境、行为四大要素进行分析，寻找关键行为节点进行研究。了解老年用户在出行不同情境下的行为特点，互动情况以及心理表现；了解产品在室内及室外不同环境下的变化，同时对三者的互动进行分析。结论：明确在室内室外不同环境下老年人出行的行为特点，心理感受以及情感诉求，明确需求背后的原因动机，拓宽情境构建法在设计中的应用领域，同时寻求以及运用方法流程进行深入研究，为助行器相关研究领域研究提供理论参考。

Abstract: Objective: To improve the use of existing walking aids, create products that meet the real emotional needs, enhance the travel experience of the elderly, and promote the communication and interaction between the elderly and the surrounding environment and things. Methods: The scenario construction method was applied to the travel situation. According to the whole travel process, the four elements of people, things, environment and behavior in the situation were analyzed, and the key behavior nodes were found for research. Understand the behavioral characteristics, interaction and psychological performance of elderly users in different travel situations; understand the changes of products in different indoor and outdoor scenes, and analyze the interaction of the three. Conclusion: The behavioral characteristics, psychological feelings and emotional demands of the elderly in different indoor and outdoor environments are clearly defined, the reasons behind the needs are clearly defined, the application field of context construction method in design is expanded, and the methods and processes are sought and carried out in-depth research, providing theoretical references for the research of walker related research fields.
