现阶段我国律师职业伦理探究

To Explore the Professional Ethics of Lawyers in China at the Present Stage

摘要: 中国是一个法治国家，在改革进程中，社会主义法律体系亦是发展变化的。新时期中国社会客观情况已经在发生改变，人民接受法制教育，日益执着于法律对人们日常生活的影响，更多主体选择以法律制度维权，这表明，司法资源需求正在逐步上升，专业律师正逐渐成为一种不可缺少的权力，存在于人们的日常生活之中。与此同时，在客观社会形势日益错综复杂的今天，民众法律意识增强，对于律师专业素质，职业道德也提出了更高要求。对新时期律师职业道德问题进行研究，本文对新时代律师职业道德建设提出的新需求进行了剖析、当前阶段我国律师职业道德建设过程中出现的一些问题，本文还提出了一些建议，期望能够在新时期加强律师的职业道德建设，对中国法律制度的深入发展起到作用。

Abstract: China is a country under the rule of law. In the process of reform, the socialist legal system is also developing and changing. Chinese society in the new period objective situation has changed, the people accept the legal education, increasingly clinging to the influence of the law on people’s daily life, more subjects choose to legal system rights, this shows that the judicial resources demand is gradually rising, professional lawyers are gradually become an indispensable power, exist in people’s daily life. At the same time, in today’s increasingly complex objective social situation, people’s legal awareness has been enhanced, and their professional quality and professional ethics. To study the lawyer professional ethics problem in the new period, this paper analyzes the new requirements of the new era, the current stage of some problems appeared in the process of professional ethics construction in our country, this paper also puts forward some suggestions, expect to strengthen the construction of professional ethics in the new period, to the further development of China’s legal system.
