社会支持对老年人智能手机使用的影响及其机制

The Effect of Social Support on Smartphone Use among Older Adults and Its Mechanisms

摘要: 智能手机使用对老年人的身心健康具有重要作用。本研究探讨了社会支持对老年人智能手机使用的影响及其中的作用机制。采用领悟社会支持量表、一般自我效能感量表、智能手机使用情况调查表，对302名60岁以上的老年人进行调查。结果发现：1) 社会支持能够促进老年人智能手机的实际使用；2) 自我效能感、智能手机使用意愿在社会支持和实际使用间起链式中介作用；3) 智能手机使用意愿在社会支持和实际使用间起简单中介作用。研究表明，社会支持可以通过增强自我效能感，提高对智能手机的使用意愿，进而促进对智能手机的实际使用。

Abstract: Smartphone use plays an important role in the physical and mental health of older adults. This study investigated the influence and the mechanism of social support on smartphone use among older adults. The Perceived Social Support Scale, the General Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Smart-phone Use Questionnaire were used to survey 302 older adults over 60 years old. The results found that 1) social support can promote the actual use of smartphones among older adults; 2) self-efficacy and intention to use smartphones play a chain mediation role between social support and actual use; 3) intention to use smartphones plays a simple mediation role between social support and actual use. The study suggests that social support can increase intention to use smartphones by enhancing self-efficacy, which in turn promotes actual use of smartphones.
