ESD治疗早期胃癌的研究进展
Research Progress in ESD Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer
摘要: 随着消化内镜技术的发展与兴起,在治疗早期胃癌的方法中,内镜黏膜下剥离术相较于外科手术(endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD)治疗早期胃癌(early gastric cancer, EGC)具有创伤小、并发症少及恢复快等优点,在早期胃癌治疗中的应用逐渐广泛。本文就ESD在早期胃癌临床治疗中的步骤、疗效、并发症及复发随访等研究进展进行综述。
Abstract: With the development and rise of digestive endoscopy technology, endoscopic submucosal dissec-tion (ESD) has advantages over early gastric cancer (EGC) in the treatment of early gastric cancer, such as less trauma, fewer complications, and faster recovery. Its application in the treatment of early gastric cancer is gradually becoming more widespread. This article reviews the research progress on the steps, efficacy, complications, and recurrence follow-up of ESD in the clinical treat-ment of early gastric cancer.
