焦虑与中医体质相关性研究进展

摘要: 焦虑是一种常见精神性疾病，对患者的工作或生活会产生不同程度的影响，中医体质可以昭示人体对某种致病因子的易感性或病变类型的倾向性。本文针对焦虑症的中医体质进行总结分析，从中医体质预防与调摄层面总结归纳了医家对焦虑症防治的思想和经验，为临床焦虑症的防治提供理论依据。
Abstract: Anxiety is a common mental disease, which affects the patient’s work or life in different degrees. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) body constitution can indicate the susceptibility of human body to certain pathogenic factors or the tendency of pathological types. This paper summarizes and an-alyzes the TCM body constitution of anxiety disorder, summarizes the doctors’ thoughts and expe-riences on the prevention and treatment of anxiety disorder from the level of TCM body constitution prevention and adjustment, and provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of clinical anxiety disorder.
