血清炎性标志物对溃疡性结肠炎活动度的预测价值

摘要: 近年来,溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)在我国的发病率呈不断上升趋势,其以反复发作的腹痛、腹泻和黏液脓血便为主要临床表现,病变主要局限于结直肠黏膜层及黏膜下层。溃疡性结肠炎的致病因素较为复杂,发病机制尚未完全明确,炎症因子和细胞变化在其发展过程中起至关重要的作用。目前电子结肠镜检查是评估溃疡性结肠炎疾病活动度的金标准,该检查属于有创操作,且易二次损伤肠道黏膜。因此,临床上通过检测外周血中相关的炎性反应标志物用以评估溃疡性结肠炎疾病活动度,可方便、快捷地监测溃疡性结肠炎疾病的活动度。
Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of ulcerative colitis in China has been on the rise. The main clinical manifestations of ulcerative colitis are recurrent abdominal pain, diarrhea and mucous, pus and blood, and the lesions are mainly confined to the colorectal mucosa and submucosa. The pathogenic factors of ulcerative colitis are complex and the pathogenesis has not been fully defined. Inflamma-tory factors and cellular changes play a crucial role in its development. At present, electronic colon-oscopy is the gold standard for evaluating the disease activity of ulcerative colitis, which is an inva-sive procedure and prone to secondary damage of intestinal mucosa. Therefore, the activity of ul-cerative colitis disease can be easily and quickly monitored by detecting relevant inflammatory re-sponse markers in peripheral blood.
