Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the basic principles of labor law, and analyze how these principles affect labor relations and working environment. The article first summarizes the historical development and purpose of labor law, emphasizing its role in safeguarding the rights and interests of workers and promoting a fair working environment. Then, the article deeply analyzes several core principles of labor law, including equal employment opportunities, reasonable working hours and rest, the fairness of labor remuneration, work safety and health protection, and collective bargaining rights. Each principle is discussed in detail, showing how they provide protection for workers while promoting a harmonious relationship between the business and its employees. Finally, the paper explores the challenges and opportunities of these principles in the modern society, especially in the context of globalization and the rapid development of technology. This study not only provides a theoretical framework for understanding the basic principles of labor law, but also provides suggestions for improving labor legislation and practice.
