从“膜腠三焦–玄府”论析达原饮

Analysis of Dayuan Yin from the Theory of “the Membrane Coupled with Triple Energizers and Xuan Fu”

摘要: “邪伏膜原”是温病学的一个重要概念，也是温病中的一个重要病机，而达原饮是治疗“邪伏膜原”证的重要方剂。文章通过结合膜腠三焦理论与玄府学说，认为“邪伏膜原”证的病机本质是湿浊阻滞三焦，玄府郁闭，郁而化热。达原饮通过巧妙的药物配伍，使全方具有祛湿浊、通玄府、宣郁热的功效，故能针对“邪伏膜原”证的病机取得显著的治疗效果。

Abstract: “Evil ambush of membrane origin” is an important concept in the science of warm disease and an important disease mechanism in warm disease, and Dar Yuan Drink is an important formula for the treatment of “Evil Ambush of Membrane Origin” syndrome. By combining the theory of the triple jiao of the membrane coupled with the theory of the xuanfu, the article argues that the essence of the pathogenesis of the evidence of the “evil ambush of the membrane origin” is that dampness and turbidity block the triple jiao, and the xuanfu is shut down, which results in the development of heat. Through the skillful combination of drugs, the whole formula has the efficacy of dispelling dampness and turbidity, promoting the metaphysical system and declaring the heat of depression, so it can achieve significant therapeutic effect on the pathogenesis of the “Evil in the Membrane” syndrome.
