中医实践教学客观结构化临床考核体系构建研究初探

摘要: 客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)是一种用来考察医学生实践技能的评价工具，能客观、公正、全面地反映学生对知识的掌握与运用能力，在国内外早期医学课程的应用中获得了良好效果，得到了广泛认可。现将近年来有关(OSCE)在医学课程中的体系构建应用做一简要综述，以期为医学课程评价方法的改革与探索提供有益思路。
Abstract: Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) is an evaluation tool for examining medical students’ practical skills. It can objectively, impartially and comprehensively reflect the students’ ability to use knowledge and has been widely recognized in the application of early medical courses at home and abroad. In this paper, the application of OSCE in the system construction of medical curriculum in recent years is briefly reviewed, with a view to providing useful ideas for the reform and exploration of medical curriculum evaluation methods.
