Construction of E-Commerce Platform for Health and Elderly Care Services under the Aging Background

摘要: 老龄化背景和大健康背景下，健康养老成为我国养老服务发展的重要方向。电子商务平台的发展为建设健康养老服务、整合健康养老信息、链接健康养老资源提供了新的思路。构建健康养老服务电子商务平台，既能对接老年人健康养老需求，又能链接社会上的健康养老服务资源，形成上连生产、下接消费的新型老年健康产品供应链。文章从平台的架构、功能、运行保障方面进行深入剖析，构建一个能够有效实现健康养老服务需求评估与资源链接、健康养老知识管理、老年健康产品物流管理的健康养老服务电子商务平台。力求通过电商平台将老年人、健康养老专业机构、企业等多元主体连接起来形成良性互动。

Abstract: Under the background of aging and great health, healthy old-age care has become an important direction of old-age service development in China. The development of e-commerce platform provides a new idea for the construction of health care services, the integration of health care information, and the link of health care resources. The construction of an e-commerce platform for health care services for the elderly can not only meet the needs of health care for the elderly, but also link the health care service resources in the society, forming a new supply chain of health products for the elderly that connects production and consumption. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the platform’s structure, function and operation guarantee, and builds a health care service e-commerce platform that can effectively realize the needs assessment and resource link of health care service, knowledge management of health care service, and logistics management of health care products for the elderly. Strive to connect the elderly, health care professional institutions, enterprises and other multiple subjects through the e-commerce platform to form a positive interaction.
