炎症营养相关指标与肝癌预后相关性研究进展
Progress in the Study of the Correlation between Inflammation-Nutrition-Related Indexes and Prognosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC),是肝脏上皮恶性肿瘤中最常见的病理类型,在全球发病率和死亡率很高。近年来,营养不良问题长期被临床医师忽视,严重影响肝癌患者的预后及转归。炎症和营养相关指标检测计算简单快捷,与多种癌症的预后相关。不同患者个体间营养状况、全身炎症免疫反应的差异,致使其预后结局不尽相同。本文综述了炎症和营养相关指标对肝癌肝切除术后患者预后的预测价值等相关方面的研究现状与进展。
Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common pathological type of epithelial malignancy of the liver, has a high global morbidity and mortality rate. In recent years, malnutrition has long been neglected by clinicians, which seriously affects the prognosis and regression of hepatocellular car-cinoma patients. Inflammation- and nutrition-related indexes, as an easy-to-detect indicator, have been shown to affect the prognosis of many cancers. Differences in nutritional status and systemic inflammatory immune response among different patients lead to different prognostic outcomes. This article reviews the current status and progress of research on the predictive value of inflam-mation- and nutrition-related indicators on the prognosis of patients after hepatectomy for hepato-cellular carcinoma.
