数字经济背景下我国高校金融人才培养模式的探索

Exploration on the Training Mode of Financial Talents in China’s Colleges and Universities under the Background of Digital Economy

摘要: 随着科技的高速发展，21世纪已经成为互联网信息技术和数字技术的时代。数字经济发展正在引领生产关系、生产要素、组织形态、商业模式全方位变革，倒逼金融行业推动从顶层设计到底层架构、从表现形式到服务效率的深化改革，而人才正是这些转变的基础与重中之重。对我国现有的高等教育而言，数字经济时代出现的转变既是机遇同时也是挑战。高校对金融类人才的培养不宜再采用以往的模式，应当顺应时代变化对学生的培养模式做出相应的改变。本文针对我国高校金融人才培养现状，研究了我国高等教育金融人才培养所存在的问题，并有针对性地提出适应时代的可行性培养模式与建议。

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, the 21st century has become the era of Internet information technology and digital technology. The development of digital economy is lead-ing a full range of changes in production relations, factors of production, organisational forms and business models, forcing the financial industry to promote the deepening of reforms from top-level design to the underlying structure, from the form of expression to the efficiency of the service, and talent is the basis of these transformations and the most important thing. For China’s existing higher education, the transformation of the digital economy is both an opportunity and a challenge. Colleges and universities should not use the previous model for the training of financial talents, and should comply with the changes of the times to make corresponding changes in the training mode of students. This paper focuses on the current situation of financial talents training in China’s financial colleges and universities, researches the problems existing in the training of financial talents in China’s higher education and puts forward the feasible training mode and suggestions for adapting to the times in a targeted way.
