机器人手术系统在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用研究进展

摘要: 在妇科恶性肿瘤的手术治疗方面,机器人手术系统与传统腹腔镜手术相比具备更多的优点,如3D立体视野、精准、灵活、减少震颤等。近些年随着机器人腹腔镜技术的发展,其用于治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的各方面研究也更为深入。本研究通过查阅大量文献,对机器人手术系统治疗妇科三大恶性肿瘤的现状进行总结,以期为临床手术治疗提供更加精准及个体化治疗的思考。
Abstract: In the surgical treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors, robotic surgical systems have more ad-vantages than traditional laparoscopic surgery, such as 3D stereoscopic vision, precision, flexibility, and reduction of tremor. With the development of robotic laparoscopic technology in recent years, various aspects of its use in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors have been studied more intensively. This study summarizes the current status of robotic surgical systems for the treatment of three major gynecologic malignancies by reviewing a large amount of literature, with a view to providing clinical surgical treatment with more precise and individualized treatment thinking.
