基于CEA框架视角下“驻邕领事机构投资贸易合作推介会”模拟同声传译实践分析

An Analysis of Simulated Simultaneous Interpretation Practice Based on CEA Framework: A Case Study of the “Consular Institutions in Nanning Investment and Trade Cooperation Forum”

摘要: “领保助力企业‘走出去’暨驻邕领事机构投资贸易合作推介会”在南宁成功举行。各与会方面相关人士就企业“走出去”开展对外经贸投资合作所涉及的多领域合作，展开了广泛务实的交流探讨。本同声传译实践的翻译对象是：南宁市委常委、副市长王群先生演讲部分内容、泰国驻南宁总领事彬嘉玛女士演讲的部分内容、主持词部分内容以及现场观众提问，领馆回答的互动环节。本文基于李长栓教授提出的CEA“理解、表达、变通”框架，结合具体翻译理论和翻译策略，对本次实践典型案例进行分析，并对实践进行评估和总结。本研究旨在为从事经贸口译的译者提供参考借鉴和经验教训，帮助其了解经贸同声传译实践特点、技巧和策略。

Abstract: The “Consular Protection Helps Enterprises ‘Go Global’ and Investment and Trade Cooperation Pro-motion Conference by Foreign Consulates-General in Nanning” was held successfully in Nanning. Participants engaged in in-depth and constructive discussions on cooperation across multiple do-mains related to enterprises’ ‘global reach’ and foreign trade and investment collaboration. The translation objects of this simultaneous interpretation practice are: part of the speech of Mr. Wang Qun, member of the Standing Committee of Nanning Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Nan-ning, and part of the speech of Ms. Benjamas, Consul General of Thailand in Nanning, part of the host’s speech, as well as the interactive part between the audience and the consulate. Based on the CEA framework of “comprehension, expression and adaption” proposed by Professor Li Changshuan, the author combines specific translation theories with translation strategies to analyze typical cases of this practice and evaluate the interpretation process to draw a conclusion. The purpose of this study is to provide reference and lessons for translators and interpreters engaged in economic and trade interpretation, and to help them understand the characteristics, skills and strategies of eco-nomic and trade simultaneous interpretation.
