高校辅导员化解宿舍矛盾路径探究——基于辅导员工作案例

Research on the Way of Resolving Dormitory Contradictions among College Counselors—Based on Counselor Work Cases

摘要: 新生入校后，处于生活方式转变的过渡阶段，容易出现心理困惑和人际关系紧张等问题。大学宿舍以集体生活为主，建立温馨和谐的宿舍氛围，化解学生的心理危机，是高校辅导员工作的重中之重。文章以大学新生发生宿舍矛盾为案例背景，从案例经过、产生原因进行定性分析，提出解决方法及措施，并总结出经验与启示，旨在为高校辅导员面对相似案例提供借鉴和参考，帮助新生更快地适应校园环境。

Abstract: After entering school, freshmen are in the transition stage of life style change, which is prone to psychological confusion and interpersonal tension. College dormitories are based on collective life. It is the top priority of college counselors’ work to establish a warm and harmonious dormitory at-mosphere and resolve students’ psychological crisis. This paper takes dormitory conflicts among college freshmen as the case background, makes a qualitative analysis from the case process and causes, puts forward solutions and measures, and summarizes experience and inspiration, aiming to provide reference for college counselors facing similar cases and help freshmen adapt to campus environment more quickly.
