高职教育开展社会培训助力乡村人才振兴的实践路径
Practical Path for Higher Vocational Education to Carry Out Social Training to Help Rural Talent Revitalization
摘要: 本文以聊城职业技术学院建筑工程系(以下简称聊职院建筑工程系)服务乡村人才振兴为例,通过调查,初步了解当前聊城周边区域乡村人才需求情况,分析乡村建筑工程从业人员就业的意愿以及相关工作实践,得出市域高职开展社会培训助力乡村人才振兴面临着办学条件不完备、供需不平衡等现实问题,从学校层面、企业层面和乡村建筑工程从业人员层面提出相关工作建议,为聊城地区市域高职教育开展社会培训助力乡村人才振兴的发展提供工作思路。
Abstract:
This paper takes the Department of Architectural Engineering of Liaocheng Vocational and Tech-nical College (hereinafter referred to as the Department of Architectural Engineering of Liaocheng Vocational College) as an example of serving the revitalization of rural talents. Through investigation, it initially understands the current demand for rural talents in the surrounding areas of Liaocheng City, analyzes the willingness of rural architectural engineering practitioners to be em-ployed as well as the relevant work practices, and concludes that the city area of vocational education in carrying out social training to assist the revitalization of rural talents is faced with such practical problems as incomplete school conditions, imbalance in supply and demand, etc. It puts forward relevant suggestions from the school level, enterprise level and rural construction engineer-ing practitioners’ level, and provides working ideas for the development of social training for rural talent revitalization in Liaocheng area.
