精神分析视角下的分离性焦虑障碍与个体辅导——以电影《深海》为例

Dissociative Anxiety Disorder and Individual Counseling from a Psychoanalytic Perspective—Taking the Movie “Deep Sea” as an Example

摘要: 本文基于精神分析视角，深入剖析“参宿的深海之梦”，揭示其内心的冲突和情感困扰如何映射在“参宿”的梦境中，以及探索梦境中有关分离性焦虑障碍的相关线索。本文进一步运用精神分析相关理论，特别是分离、个体化理论和客体对象关系理论，解释了“参宿”所经历的分离性焦虑障碍及其产生原因，从而发现分离性焦虑障碍儿童的心理问题的根源。依据上述理论分析，本文旨在提出针对以“参宿”为例的类似儿童的个体辅导计划，帮助类似儿童克服分离性焦虑障碍，促进他们的心理健康发展。

Abstract: From the perspective of psychoanalysis, this journal discusses the deep sea Dream of Shenxiu, re-veals how its inner conflict and emotional distress are reflected in the dream of Shenxiu, and explores the relevant clues of dissociative anxiety disorder in the dream. This journal further uses psychoanalytic theories, especially the separation/individualization theory and the object-relation theory, to explain the separation anxiety disorder experienced by Shenxiu and how it causes, so as to find the root of the psychological problems of Shenxiu. Based on the above theoretical analysis, an individual counseling plan for Shenxiu was proposed to help Shenxiu overcome separation anxiety disorder and promote her mental health development. Through the analysis of the psychological problems in the movie “Deep Sea”, the separation anxiety disorder was deeply explained.
