摘要: 烟丝是卷烟产品的核心组成部分,具有较高的使用价值。为了杜绝大块烟垢进入卷烟机后造成烟支吸味不稳定,影响品牌形象的问题出现。围绕着均质化生产、朝着高质量发展,故此本研究设计一种能够将烟丝中烟垢分离出来的装置,通过方案的设定,对各部分零件实验选取,最终确认整个装置,有效地对烟丝除杂,能够有效地将烟垢剔除,保证了烟支成品质量及吸味的稳定性。
Abstract: Tobacco is the core component of cigarette products and has high use value. In order to prevent the problem of unstable smoke and brand image after large pieces of cigarette dirt enter the cigarette machine. Focusing on homogenized production and moving towards high-quality development, this study designed a device that can separate the smoke and dirt from the tobacco, and through the setting of the scheme, the parts of each part were selected experimentally, and finally the whole device was confirmed to effectively remove impurities from the tobacco and effectively remove the smoke scale, so as to ensure the quality of the finished cigarette and the stability of the flavor absorption.
