摘要: 肱骨近端骨折(Proximal Humerus Fracture, PHF)是指肱骨头至肱骨外科颈以远2~3 cm之内的骨折,是临床常见骨折,随着社会老龄化,其发病率也随之升高,给社会带来经济压力,治疗方式众多,但尚无金标准,尤其复杂骨质疏松性老年肱骨近端骨折的治疗存在争议。因此,本文总结当前治疗方法,比较各方法之间的优缺点,分析其适用场景及应用价值,对老年复杂肱骨近端骨折的个体化治疗方式的选择提供一定的临床参考。
Abstract: Proximal humerus fracture (PHF) refers to the fracture of the humerus head to the surgical neck of the humerus within 2~3 cm, which is a common clinical fracture. With the aging of society, its inci-dence also increases, bringing economic pressure to the society. There are many treatment meth-ods, but there is no gold standard. In particular, the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in el-derly patients with complex osteoporotic conditions is controversial. Therefore, this article summa-rized the current treatment methods, compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, analyzed their application scenarios and application value, and provided certain clinical reference for the selection of individualized treatment for complex proximal humeral fractures in the elderly.
