哈尔滨市经济增长与大气环境质量的关系研究

摘要: 近些年,随着经济高速发展,环境问题越来越凸显出来。尤其是大气环境,与人们的生活和生产活动息息相关。哈尔滨作为黑龙江的省会,其自然资源相对于其它地区比较优越,但由于不合理的工业排放、产业布局,重污染天气频繁出现。本文通过分析2000年至2018年期间哈尔滨市的大气质量情况以及经济发展状况,运用环境库兹涅兹曲线模型研究哈尔滨市经济增长与大气环境质量的关系,从而研究并控制大气污染排放,这一举措将会有助于我们国家向绿色环保经济和持续发展的经济形势转变,实现环境与经济增长的协调发展,为政府制定改善大气环境政策提供依据。
Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid economic development, environmental problems have become more and more prominent. In particular, the atmospheric environment is closely related to people’s life and production activities. As the capital of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin’s natural resources are superior to those of other regions, but due to unreasonable industrial emissions and industrial layout, heavy pollution weather occurs frequently. By analyzing the air quality and economic development status of Harbin from 2000 to 2018, this paper uses the environmental Kuznets curve model to study the relationship between Harbin’s economic growth and air environmental quality, so as to study and control air pollution emission, which will help our country to transform into a green and environmentally friendly economy and a sustainable economic development, to realize the coordinated development of environment and economic growth, and provide a basis for the government to formulate policies to improve the atmospheric environment.
