世界遗产理念下西安城墙的可持续发展研究

Research on Sustainable Development of Xi’an City Wall under the Concept of World Heritage

摘要: 西安城墙是中国城墙建筑史上的典范之一，具有极高的文物价值，随着世界遗产理念在国内的普及，西安城墙的申遗工作——“中国明清城墙”项目已于2008年正式启动。本文通过对西安城墙、中国明清城墙项目以及世界遗产名录中的城墙类遗产等资料进行整理、分析与对比，找到西安城墙申遗中存在的不足与缺陷，并据此提出相对应建议，促进西安城墙真实性、完整性的保存与恢复，使其突出普遍价值得到彰显，推动西安城墙的可持续发展。

Abstract: The Xi’an City Wall is one of the exemplary examples in the history of Chinese city wall architecture, with extremely high cultural relic value. With the popularization of the concept of world heritage in China, the application work for the Xi’an City Wall—the “Chinese Ming and Qing City Wall” project was officially launched in 2008. Through sorting out, analyzing and comparing the Xi’an City Wall, the project of the Ming and Qing Dynasties City Wall in China and the heritage of the city wall in The World Heritage List, this paper finds the shortcomings and defects in the application of Xi’an City Wall for World Heritage, and accordingly puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the preservation and restoration of the authenticity and integrity of Xi’an City Wall, highlight its universal value, and promote the sustainable development of Xi’an City Wall.
