小切口手术联合肉毒素治疗腋臭的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Small Incision Surgery Combined with Botulinum Toxin in the Treatment of Bromhidrosis

摘要: 目的：观察腋臭患者接受小切口手术与肉毒素联合治疗的效果。方法：选择2023年1月至2023年12月间在我院接受诊治的116例腋臭患者为研究对象，结合不同的治疗方式分组，分为常规组(小切口手术治疗) 58例和研究组(小切口手术联合肉毒素治疗) 58例，对比组间的治疗效果、心理状态、并发症发生率、生活质量等指标之间的区别。结果：研究组的治疗有效率高于常规组，差异存在，有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；研究组患者的心理状态不断改善，数值明显较常规组更低，差异显著，有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；研究组的并发症发生率较常规组更低，差异存在，有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；研究组的患者治疗后，患者的生活质量高于常规组，差异明显，有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：治疗腋臭的时候，在应用小切口手术的基础上，为患者增加肉毒素注射治疗的方式，具备显著的治疗效果，可以明显改善腋臭的程度，避免并发症的出现，降低患者的心理压力，提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of small incision surgery combined with botulinum toxin on pa-tients with bromhidrosis. Methods: 116 patients with bromhidrosis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research ob-ject, and divided into conventional group (small incision surgery) with 58 cases and research group (small incision surgery combined with botulinum toxin therapy) with 58 cases, and the differences in treatment effect, psychological state, incidence of complications and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The mental state of the patients in the study group has been continuously improved, and the value is significantly lower than that in the routine group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the quality of life of pa-tients in the study group was higher than that in the routine group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: When treating bromhidrosis, on the basis of applying small incision surgery, adding botulinum toxin injection therapy for patients has obvious therapeutic effect, which can obviously improve the degree of bromhidrosis, avoid complications, reduce patients’ psychological pressure and improve their quality of life.
