习得性无助下大学生“摆烂”现象成因及对策探究

Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of College Students’ “Put Rotten” Phenomenon under Learned Helplessness

摘要: 大学生摆烂是近几年流行的一种社会现象，摆烂行为实质上是“丧文化”的表现，这对大学生的心理健康发展具有深刻的影响，在新时代背景下，社会环境对于大学生的各方面发展提出了新要求，摆烂现象也是个体对社会环境的一种心理防御机制，其心理学依据是习得性无助，大学生摆烂现象主要有学业摆烂、人际关系摆烂、就业摆烂三种表现。本研究从社会心理学的角度大学生来探究大学生摆烂现象的表现及成因，并进一步提出大学生克服摆烂现象的应对策略。

Abstract: In recent years, it is a popular social phenomenon for college students to put rotten. In essence, it is a manifestation of “mourning culture”, which has a profound impact on the psychological health development of college students. Under the background of the new era, the social environment has put forward new requirements for the development of college students in all aspects. The phenom-enon of put rotten is also a psychological defense mechanism for individuals against the social envi-ronment. Its psychological basis is learned helplessness. The phenomenon of college students’ put rotten mainly includes three manifestations: academic failure, interpersonal failure and employ-ment failure. From the perspective of social psychology, this study explores the manifestations and causes of college students’ sloughing, and further puts forward the coping strategies for college students to overcome this phenomenon.
