双碳背景下资源与环境经济学专业人才培养思考——以重庆科技大学为例

Reflection on the Training of Talents in Resource and Environmental Economics under the Background of Dual Carbon—Taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an Example

摘要: 在对我国“双碳”经济管理类人才供需机遇与挑战的基础上，以重庆科技大学为例，剖析资源与环境经济学本科专业在培养“双碳”经济管理类人才中存在的不足，以满足重庆经济绿色低碳转型发展需要对经管人才知识能力素质的需求，结合专业现有的建设基础，整合学校资源，提出“双碳”背景下资源与环境经济学专业人才培养的改进策略。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the supply and demand opportunities and challenges for talents in the “dual carbon” economic management field in China, taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the undergraduate program in Resource and Environmental Economics in cultivating applied talents in the “dual carbon” economic management field. In order to meet the needs of Chongqing’s green and low-carbon economic transformation and development, the knowledge, ability, and quality of management talents are required. Combining with the existing construction foundation of the program, the school resources are integrated. We propose improvement strategies for talent cultivation in resource and environmental economics under the background of “dual carbon”.
