摘要: 目的:分析干眼症飞行员泪膜稳定性改变对玻璃酸钠滴眼液临床疗效的影响。方法:选取40例干眼症飞行员,通过泪膜破裂时间(NIKBUT)的检查,将其分为泪膜稳定组和泪膜不稳定组,同时滴用海露(玻璃酸钠)滴眼液,观察治疗前和治疗后其主观症状的变化情况,以评价临床疗效。结果:经7天海露(玻璃酸钠)滴眼液治疗后泪膜稳定组和泪膜不稳定组的眼疲劳症状评分分别为0.97 ± 0.00、1.26 ± 0.49,异物感症状评分分别为1.06 ± 0.13、1.81 ± 0.09,干涩感症状评分分别为0.99 ± 0.20、1.54 ± 0.65。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。在泪膜稳定组症状缓解明显。结论:治疗干眼症飞行员时,应常规检查NIKBUT,测定泪膜的稳定性,若泪膜稳定,治疗效果好。有利于考虑是否联合用药和提高治愈率。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of the change of tear film stability on the clinical effect of sodium hy-aluronate eye drops in pilots with dry eye. Methods: 40 pilots with dry eye were selected and di-vided into tear film stable group and tear film unstable group by the test of tear film rupture time (NIKBUT). HYLO-COMOD (sodium hyaluronate) eye drops were used at the same time to observe the changes of their symptoms before and after treatment, so as to evaluate the clinical effect. Results: After 7 days of treatment with HYLO-COMOD (sodium hyaluronate) eye drops, the scores of eye fa-tigue symptoms in the stable and unstable tear film groups were 0.97 ± 0.00 and 1.26 ± 0.49, the scores of foreign body sensation symptoms were 1.06 ± 0.13 and 1.81 ± 0.09, and the scores of dry sensation symptoms were 0.99 ± 0.20 and 1.54 ± 0.65, respectively. There were statistically signifi-cant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). The symptoms were significantly relieved in the tear film stabilization group. Conclusion: When treating pilots with dry eye, NIKBUT should be checked regularly to determine the stability of tear film. If the tear film is stable, the treatment ef-fect is good. It is helpful to consider whether to combine the drug and improve the cure rate.
