火针放血治疗下肢静脉曲张的研究进展

摘要: 下肢静脉曲张是临床上常见的周围血管性疾病，多由下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全所引起，久坐不动、长期站立、下肢创伤、动静脉分流等均为其危险因素，常表现为下肢静脉扩张迂曲、色素沉着、湿疹、皮肤脂质硬化萎缩及静脉溃疡等。目前现代医学采用的开放或微创手术、口服静脉活性药物、穿戴弹力袜等疗法，虽已证实有一定的疗效，但仍存在复发率高，并发症多，依从性差等问题。近年来临床报道及研究表明，针灸作为传统中医疗法，对该病有一定优势，其中，火针放血治疗下肢静脉曲张，成本低廉，操作简单，副作用少，患者痛苦小，可免除手术与药物带来的风险及不良反应，且疗效显著，值得推广。

Abstract: Lower limb varicose veins are a common peripheral vascular disease in clinical practice, often caused by dysfunction of the lower limb venous valves. Prolonged sitting, long-term standing, lower extremity trauma, arteriovenous shunt, etc. are all risk factors for the disease. It is often manifested as dilation and tortuosity of lower extremity veins, hyperpigmentation, eczema, scleroderma and atrophy of skin lipids, and venous ulceration. At present, modern medicine adopts open or minimally invasive surgery, oral intravenous active drugs, wearing elastic socks and other therapies, although they have been proven to have certain therapeutic effects, there are still problems such as high recurrence rate, multiple complications, and poor compliance. In recent years, clinical reports and studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion, as a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, has certain advantages for the disease. Among them, fire needle bloodletting for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins is low in cost, simple in operation, has few side effects, and causes little pain to patients. It can eliminate the risks and adverse reactions caused by surgery and drugs, and have significant curative effects, so it is worth promoting.
