大学生移动社交网络人际交往对职业成熟度的影响——领悟社会支持的中介作用
The Impact of College Students’ Mobile Social Network Interpersonal Communication on Career Maturity—Understanding the Mediating Role of Social Support
摘要: 文章主要考察大学生职业成熟度的影响因素，解释领悟社会支持在大学生移动社交网络人际交往与职业成熟度之间所起的作用。研究发现：大学生移动社交网络人际交往可正向预测大学生职业成熟度。同时，领悟社会支持在两者之间起到中介作用。
Abstract:
The article primarily examines the influencing factors of college students’ career maturity, explaining the role of understanding social support in the relationship between college students’ mobile social network interpersonal communication and career maturity. The study found that college students’ mobile social network interpersonal communication can positively predict college students’ career maturity. At the same time, understanding social support plays a mediating role between the two.
