Abstract: The finite element method is an analysis method. Its operation is based on modern computer technology and applied to theoretical mechanics, and it can establish a time-saving, intuitive and clear conclusion model for research. So far, it has been widely used in the field of engineering technology, and has strong advantages in the research of load stress in stomatology. The relevant mechanical research on the application of the three-dimensional finite element method in the field of children’s oral medicine has gradually become a hot topic, so I will make a review and elaborate on it.
