基于中医“异病同治”的胃复春临床应用研究进展

摘要: 胃复春是一种中成药制剂，组成包括红参、香茶菜、枳壳，主要目前广泛应用于胃癌癌前期病变、慢性浅表性胃炎等消化系统疾病的治疗，并且临床应用范围也不断扩大。在病证结合的模式下，辨病辨证结合选用中成药的诊疗模式，日益受到临床推广。然而在“异病同治”的指导下选用中成药治疗疾病的有效性和安全性同样受到临床工作者的关注。笔者以胃复春的临床疗效为先导，从胃复春的随机对照试验和系统评价中初步总结胃复春的优势病种，通过中医基础理论和现代医学研究探索胃复春的临床疗效及其作用机制，为胃复春在临床上的合理安全使用提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Abstract: Weifuchun is a type of traditional Chinese medicine, composed of Radix Ginseng Rubra (red ginseng), Rabdosia amethystoides, and fried Fructus Aurantii. It is currently widely used in the treatment of digestive system diseases such as precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and chronic superficial gastritis. The clinical application scope of Weifuchun is continuously expanding. In the pattern of combining disease with syndrome, the diagnostic and treatment mode of using traditional Chinese medicine is increasingly promoted in clinical practice. However, the effectiveness and safety of using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases under the guidance of “homotherapy for heteropathy” also receive attention from clinical practitioners. Based on the clinical efficacy of Weifuchun, this study summarises the advantages of Weifuchun in certain diseases through randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews. It explores the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Weifuchun through the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research, providing certain references and reference for the rational and safe use of Weifuchun in clinical practice.
