ERCP在诊疗胆道疾病中的应用

摘要: 内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography, ERCP)逐步成为诊断和治疗部分胆道疾病的首选方案，与传统外科的诊断、治疗手段相比，ERCP具有微创、预后好等优点。在面对胆道结石、胆道梗阻等疾病时具有重大的诊断和治疗价值。然而作为一种有创性操作，仍然存在许多不可忽视的并发症，如急性胰腺炎、胆道感染、出血等。对于是否应该使用ERCP进行诊断和治疗胆道疾病至今仍然是热门的话题。因此本文对ERCP在诊疗胆道疾病中的应用及可能存在的并发症及预防措施进行了综述。
Abstract: Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) has gradually become the preferred option for the diagnosis and treatment of some biliary tract diseases. Compared with traditional surgical diagnostic and treatment methods, ERCP has the advantages of minimally invasive and good prognosis. It has significant diagnostic and therapeutic value in the face of diseases such as gallstones and biliary obstruction. However, as an invasive procedure, there are still many complications that cannot be ignored, such as acute pancreatitis, biliary tract infection, bleeding, etc. Whether ERCP should be used for diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases is still a hot topic to this day. Therefore, this article reviews the application of ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases, as well as the possible complications and preventive measures.
