针药结合治疗上睑下垂验案1例

摘要: 上睑下垂(blepharoptosis, ptosis)是眼科常见的疾病，中医称之为上胞下垂或睑废，其主要特征为眼胞提举无力，遮蔽部分或全部瞳神进而影响视物。本文报道姚靖教授针药结合治疗肝郁脾虚证型上睑下垂患者一例，对临床资料、诊治方法及疗效转归进行分析整理，以期为临床治疗此病提供理论参考。
Abstract: Blepharoptosis, Ptosis is a common ophthalmic disease, characterized by weak lifting of the eye cells, covering part or all of the pupil space, leading to decreased vision. This article reports a case of Professor Yao Jing’s combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of blepharoptosis, ptosis with liver depression and spleen deficiency. We analyze and organize clinical data, diagnosis and treatment methods, and therapeutic outcomes to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
