《针灸聚英》之火针疗法探析

An Analysis on the Fire-Needle Therapy of “Zhen Jiu Ju Ying”

摘要: 通过对《针灸聚英》中关于火针部分论述进行系统地分析整理发现火针疗法的主要功效包括温阳行气、祛腐排脓、消散徵结、疏通经络、散寒止痛、开窍醒神等。书中对火针疗法中的针具选材、烧针方法、腧穴定位、进针与行针方法、适应症以及针刺的禁忌症等多方面都有很详尽的说明。《针灸聚英》所载火针疗法实用性强，对后世火针的传承与发展产生了较大的影响，对《针灸聚英》中火针疗法的进一步探析，有利于指导火针疗法的临床实践。

Abstract: Through the systematic analysis of the discussion on fire needle in “Zhen Jiu Ju Ying”, it is found that the main effects of fire-needle therapy include warming Yang and moving qi, dispelling carrion and discharging pus, dissipating syndromes, dredging meridians, dispelling cold and relieving pain, opening up and awakening the spirit. In the book, the selection of needles, the method of burning needles, the location of acupoints, the method of needle insertion and needle movement, the indications and the contraindications of acupuncture are explained in detail. The fire needle therapy contained in “Zhen Jiu Ju Ying” has strong practicability, and has a great influence on the inheritance and development of later generations of fire needle therapy. Further analysis of the fire needle therapy in “Zhen Jiu Ju Ying” is conducive to guiding the clinical practice of fire-needle therapy.
