学前儿童语言教育培训现状调查
A Survey on the Status Quo of Language Education and Training for Preschool Children
摘要: 如今社会,经济发展较为迅速,人们之间的交往也逐渐地频繁,语言交往能力的重要性明显增加。当今许多幼儿的语言发展水平却不容乐观,不少的教育者把幼儿的语言发展能力误以为单纯的是“识字教育”。在现代的社会中,不仅要求每个人都会讲普通话,更要具备语言的说话能力,而且这种能力就是要从小培养,使幼儿学会用表情、动作与周围人交往,学会用语言表达自己想要说的事情。本研究通过问卷法和访谈法调查大连市某幼儿园学前儿童参加校外语言教育培训的现状。研究发现家长通过名气来给孩子选择培训机构;让幼儿参加语言教育培训多数是为了弥补语言教育不足、让孩子变得多才多艺;期望参加语言教育培训后能够促进社会交往能力。而语言教育培训机构存在的问题主要集中在依旧以写作作为主要培训项目,并且授课形式为直接授课和操作练习为主;培训时间过长,并没有遵循幼儿的身心发展特点。
Abstract:
Nowadays, the economy is developing more rapidly, and the communication between people is becoming more and more frequent, and the importance of language communication ability is obviously increased. In modern society, it is not only required for everyone to speak Mandarin, but also to have the ability to speak language. This ability should be cultivated from an early age, so that young children can learn to communicate with people around them through facial expressions and movements, and learn to express themselves in language. This study investigated the status quo of language education training for preschool children in a kindergarten in Dalian city by questionnaire and interview method. Studies have found that parents choose training institutions for their children through reputation. Parents send their children to participate in the language education training mostly to make up for the lack of language education, so that children can become versatile. Parents expected that participating in language education training can promote social communication skills. However, the problems of education training institutions mainly exist in the following areas. First, writing still constitutes the main training program. Second, direct instruction is the primary teaching form. Third, the training time is too long, and does not follow the child’s physical and mental development characteristics.
