富血小板血浆注射治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Observing the Therapeutic Efficacy of Platelet-Rich Plasma Injection in Treating Early to Mid-Stage Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要: 目的：观察超声引导下注射富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析比较2022~2023年于康复医学科门诊就诊的35名膝骨关节炎患者，在超声引导下对入组患者注射富血小板血浆(PRP)，每周注射1次，共注射3次。观察治疗前、治疗后1月、3月、6个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)以及奎森功能演算指数变化。结果：在治疗后1、3、6月KOA患者的VAS评分和WOMAC评分、奎森功能演算指数均较治疗前下降(P < 0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：超声引导下富血小板血浆注射可以有效改善KOA患者的疼痛症状，恢复受损膝关节功能，可作为治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的可行手段，在临床上大力推广。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection therapy for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted comparing 35 KOA patients who visited the Rehabilitation Medicine Department outpatient clinic from 2022 to 2023. Patients were injected with PRP under ultrasound guidance, once a week for a total of 3 injections. Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), and Lequesne Scale were assessed before treatment, and at 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment. Results: VAS scores, WOMAC scores, and Lequesne Scale showed a significant decrease at 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment compared to before treatment (P < 0.05), indicating statistically significant differences. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided PRP injection therapy effectively improves pain symptoms and restores damaged knee joint function in KOA patients. It can be considered as a feasible intervention for early to moderate-stage KOA and should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
