垂直一体化与企业风险：文献综述
Vertical Integration and Enterprise Risk: A Literature Review

摘要: 垂直一体化使企业突破原有的业务格局，促进产业链的纵深发展，提高供应链的可控性，同时也增加了企业未来发展的不确定性。实现对风险的管理控制是企业战略实施成败的一个关键因素。本文从微观视角出发，系统梳理了国内外涉及企业垂直一体化的风险相关研究，归纳总结了企业垂直一体化对风险的影响机理，并在此基础上分析了进一步研究的可能方向。
Abstract: Vertical integration enables enterprises to break through the original business pattern, promote the in-depth development of the industrial chain, improve the controllability of the supply chain, and increase the uncertainty of the future development of enterprises. The realization of risk management control is a key factor in the success or failure of enterprise strategy implementation. From a micro perspective, this paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign risk-related studies involving vertical integration of enterprises, summarizes the impact mechanism of vertical integration of enterprises on risks, and analyzes the possible directions of further research on this basis.
