腹膜透析患者容量管理体验的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Volume Management Experience of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

摘要: 目的：深入了解腹膜透析患者居家容量管理体验，为针对性干预提供参考。方法：依据“知–信–行”理论拟订容量管理体验访谈提纲，对10例腹膜透析患者进行半结构式访谈，分析资料提炼主题。结果：提炼出疾病认知意识、积极的态度、适当的运动、社会支持4个主题。结论：腹膜透析患者居家容量管理认知意识、知识与技能不足，态度消极，缺乏社会支持。医护人员应高度重视，采取针对性的干预措施改善其现状。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the home volume management experience of peritoneal dialysis patients and provide a reference for targeted intervention. Methods: According to the theory of “knowledge-faith-action”, the outline of volume management experience interview was drawn up, and 10 patients with peritoneal dialysis were interviewed in semi-structured manner, and then analyzed the data and extracted the theme. Results: Four themes were extracted: disease awareness, positive attitude, appropriate exercise and social support. Conclusion: Patients with peritoneal dialysis have insufficient awareness, knowledge and skills of home volume management, negative attitude and lack of social support. Medical staff should attach great importance to it and take targeted intervention measures to improve its current situation.
