教师教育视角下对中小学心理健康教师专业发展的分析与探讨

摘要: 心理健康教育在中小学素质教育中扮演着重要角色,不仅对学生身心发展至关重要,也对担任教育活动主导者的教师提出专业性要求。随着社会的发展变化,尤其是新冠肺炎疫情发生以后,学生群体中所出现的各种心理问题也备受关注。心理健康教师作为实施心理健康教育的主导者,对其的培养工作也成为重要的研究课题。本文旨在从教师教育学的角度探讨中小学心理健康教育教师的培养和发展,为中小学心理健康教育中教师的发展探寻可能路径。
Abstract: Mental health education plays an important role in the quality education of primary and secondary schools, which is not only crucial to the physical and mental development of students, but also requires professionalism on the part of teachers who are in charge of educational activities. With the development of society, especially after the outbreak of the new coronary pneumonia, various psychological problems among students have attracted much attention. The training of mental health teachers, who are the leaders in the implementation of mental health education, has also become an important research topic. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the training and development of primary and secondary school mental health education teachers from the perspective of teacher pedagogy, and to explore possible paths for the development of teachers in primary and secondary school mental health education.
