“游戏精神”融入教育教学:突破教育内卷之困局

摘要: 教育内卷化是内卷化现象在教育上的体现,反映在教育教学上就是尽管教育教学改革在紧锣密鼓地推进,却难以有突破性的成效,难以实现教学质量质的飞跃。探寻破解教育内卷化的关键是从教育的本质出发(教育是一场游戏),从教育的根源上寻找解决教育内卷化问题的突破口。只有转变教育观,将自由、无功利、合作、创新的游戏精神融入教育教学的目标、过程和教学情境中,使师生的学习体验达到最佳效果,才能突破教育内卷之困局,实现教育真正的价值。
Abstract: Education involution is the embodiment of involution phenomenon in education, which is reflected in education and teaching. Although the reform of education and teaching is in full swing, it is difficult to achieve breakthrough results and achieve a qualitative leap in teaching quality. The key to the solution of involution in education is to start from the essence of education (education is a game) and find a breakthrough to solve the problem of involution in education from the root of education. Only by changing the concept of game, integrating the spirit of free, utilitarian, cooperative and innovative game into the goal, process and teaching situation of education and teaching, and making the learning experience of teachers and students achieve the best effect, can we break through the dilemma of educational involution and realize the real value of education.
