老年科护士死亡态度对临终关怀的影响研究——死亡教育的中介作用
A Study on the Influence of Death Attitude of Geriatric Nurses on End-of-Life Care—The Mediating Role of Death Education
摘要: 当前，人口老龄化给医疗系统带来了巨大的压力，慢性病、癌症等疾病发病人数迅速增加，老年病患尤其是临终患者的处境值得社会的关注，护士的死亡态度与面对临终患者提供的服务紧密相连。本文通过调查发现，老年科护士的死亡态度与临终关怀相关，死亡教育在死亡态度与临终关怀之间起中介作用，因此可以通过开展死亡教育来改善护士的死亡态度，进而提高临终关怀质量，为老年病患生命的最后阶段提供优质的服务。
Abstract: Currently, the aging population has brought enormous pressure to the healthcare system, with a rapid increase in the incidence of chronic diseases, cancer, and other diseases. The situation of elderly patients, especially end-of-life patients, deserves social attention. The attitude of nurses towards death is closely related to the services provided to end-of-life patients. Through investigation, this article found that the attitude towards death among geriatric nurses is related to end-of-life care. Death education plays a mediating role between attitude towards death and end-of-life care. Therefore, conducting death education can improve the attitude towards death among nurses, thereby enhancing the quality of end-of-life care and providing high-quality services for the final stage of the lives of elderly patients.
