农村中学留守儿童心理健康问题以及解决途径

Psychological Health Problems and Solutions for Left-Behind Children in Rural Middle Schools

摘要: 随着一些社会公众事件的爆发，青少年自杀事件的频频发生，中学生的心理健康问题引起了越来越多人的关注。农村中学留守儿童常见的心理健康问题包括性格自卑、逆反心理、厌学心理、人际交往问题以及沉迷网络，通过对这些心理健康问题进行分析，找到产生问题的原因，并分别从社会、学校、家庭以及自身这四个层面提出解决途径。预防问题的发生比解决问题有着更重要的意义，这些解决途径对于农村留守儿童心理问题的预防也具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: With the outbreak of some social and public incidents and the frequent occurrence of adolescent suicides, the mental health problems of middle school students have attracted more and more attention. The common mental health problems of left-behind children in rural middle schools include low self-esteem, rebellious psychology, school boredom, interpersonal communication problems, and Internet addiction. Through the analysis of these mental health problems, we can find out the causes of the problems and propose solutions from the four levels of society, school, family and ourselves. Preventing the occurrence of problems is more important than solving them, and these solutions also have certain guiding significance for the prevention of psychological problems of left-behind children in rural areas.
