宫腔镜日间手术患者术前焦虑现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的：调查宫腔镜日间手术患者术前焦虑状况，分析其影响因素。方法：选取2022年8月到2023年1月选择在衡阳市某三级甲等医院妇科行宫腔镜手术患者作为研究对象。以宫腔镜日间手术患者一般资料调查问卷、状态焦虑问卷(S-AI)为研究工具进行问卷调查。结果：本研究共纳入190例宫腔镜日间手术患者，宫腔镜日间手术患者焦虑评分为43.55 ± 6.84，高于国内常模，单因素分析显示不同婚姻状况、文化程度、是否在职、家庭收入、与家庭关系及既往有无手术史的焦虑评分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，多因素线性回归分析显示文化程度、家庭收入、与家人的关系以及既往是否有手术史是宫腔镜日间手术患者术前焦虑的影响因素(P < 0.05)。结论：宫腔镜日间手术患者术前焦虑的心理状况不容忽视，作为医护人员特别是护理人员应针对引起焦虑的影响因素采取针对性措施，减轻患者术前焦虑水平，促进手术的顺利进行，减少相关并发症的发生。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the preoperative anxiety of patients undergoing hysteroscopic day surgery and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: From January 2023 to May 2023, patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in a third class A hospital in Hengyang City were selected as the study objects. The general information questionnaire and State anxiety Questionnaire (S-AI) of patients undergoing hysteroscopic day surgery were used as research tools. Results: A total of 190 patients with hysteroscopic day surgery were included in this study, and the anxiety score of patients with hysteroscopic day surgery was 43.55, which was higher than the domestic norm. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in anxiety scores among different marital status, educational level, employment status, family income, relationship with family and history of surgery (P < 0.05). Multifactor linear regression analysis showed that education level, family income, relationship with family members and previous surgical history were the influencing factors for preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing hysteroscopic day surgery (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The psychological status of preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing hysteroscopic day surgery should not be ignored. Medical staff, especially nursing staff, should take targeted measures to reduce the anxiety level of patients before surgery, promote the smooth operation and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
