上海失能老人社区照护服务质量提升路径研究

Study on the Promotion Path of Community Care Service for the Disabled Elderly in Shanghai

摘要: 随着信息技术的不断发展和社会的迅速发展，失能老人的生活服务质量正在不断得到提高，但是相应的问题也随之出现，失能老人的身体问题也在不断的开始出现并且开始增多，而社区作为失能老人的居住单位，具有直接的照护作用，如何发挥社区照护服务，提升失能老人的社区照护服务质量成为了当前的显著问题。为解决该问题，文章以上海市为范例，对失能老人的社区照护服务质量作为创新研究视角，依托福利多元理论、马斯洛需求层次理论等理论依据，结合问卷调查，探究上海市的失能老人对现阶段社区照护服务的满意度进行研究，并结合结构方程，去探究影响上海市的失能老人对现阶段社区照护服务质量的影响因素。研究结果发现，需要增强政府领导力、加强政策保证进而去提高上海市医养结合社区医疗服务质量。

Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology and the rapid development of society, the life service of the disabled elderly is constantly improving, but the corresponding problems also appear, and the physical problems of the disabled elderly are constantly beginning to appear and begin to increase. As the living unit of the disabled elderly, the community has a direct care role. How to play the community care service and improve the community care service of the disabled elderly has become a significant problem at present In order to solve this problem, this paper takes Shanghai as an example to study the community care service for the disabled elderly as the research object, relying on welfare pluralism theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and other theoretical basis, combined with questionnaires to explore the satisfaction of the disabled elderly in Shanghai to the community care service at present, combined with structural equation to explore the influencing factors of the disabled elderly in Shanghai to the community care service at present. The results show that it is necessary to strengthen leadership and policy guarantee to improve the community medical service of combining medical care with nursing care in Shanghai.
