摘要: 文章从社会需求导向、产教融合、“大国工匠”精神等新时代背景出发，探讨积极心理品质培养对于促进学生全面发展、提高高职院校育人质量及推动社会经济发展的重要性，分析高职院校大学生积极心理品质培养中存在的问题，并提出高职院院校学生积极心理品质的培养路径。

Abstract: Starting from the new era background of social demand orientation, integration of industry and education, and the spirit of “great country craftsmanship”, this article explores the importance of cultivating positive psychological qualities in promoting the comprehensive development of students, improving the quality of education in vocational colleges, and promoting social and economic development. It analyzes the problems in cultivating positive psychological qualities of college students in vocational colleges and proposes a path for cultivating positive psychological qualities of college students.
