积极老龄化背景下老年人再就业意愿的影响因素研究

摘要: 我国是第一个步入老龄化的发展中国家,在社会发展过程中老龄化程度的不断加深,如何促进老年人再就业以及提升老年人再就业意愿是应对老龄化危机的关键举措。基于老龄化背景下,研究发现对老年人再就业意愿产生影响的因素主要包括家庭支持力度、社会支持以及个人层面等多种因素;通过对这些影响因素的解构与分析,针对影响老年人再就业面临的痛点、难点,提出对策建议,以提升老年人再就业意愿,推动积极老龄化社会的构建。
Abstract: China is the first developing country to enter the aging process, and as the degree of aging deepens in the process of social development, how to promote the re-employment of the elderly as well as to enhance the re-employment willingness of the elderly is a key measure to cope with the aging crisis. Based on the background of aging, the study finds that the factors affecting the re-employment willingness of the elderly mainly include family support, social support and personal level; through the deconstruction and analysis of these factors, the study proposes countermeasures against the pains and difficulties affecting the re-employment of the elderly in order to enhance the re- employment willingness of the elderly and promote the construction of a positively aging society.
