摘要: 喉痹由于病位特殊，关系患者进食饮水和呼吸发声等活动，严重者会影响患者的生活质量。咽部刺营法归属于中医外治法，具有起效快、简便等特点，运用中医内治与外治相结合治疗喉痹可辨证施治、标本兼顾，毒副作用小，起效迅速，不易耐药，易于接受，突显中医药治疗喉痹的优势。本文旨在进一步探讨刺营法对喉痹病治疗的有效性、操作步骤及注意事项。

Abstract: Due to the special location of the disease, pharyngitis affects the patients’ eating, drinking, breathing and vocalizing activities, and can affect the patients’ quality of life in severe cases. Pharyngeal acupuncture belongs to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, which has the characteristics of fast-acting and simple operation, etc. It has the characteristics of rapid onset of syndrome differentiation, address both symptoms and root causes, small toxic and side effects, fast onset of action, not easily resistant, and well-tolerated that is the combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. And it highlights the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pharyngitis.
