产教融合背景下地方应用型高校教师专业发展过程对专业发展效果的影响实证研究
Empirical Study on the Influence of Teachers’ Professional Development Process on Professional Development Effect of Local Applied Colleges and Universities in the Context of Industry-Teaching Integration
摘要: 本文借助地方应用型高校教师专业发展调查问卷的统计数据,通过SPSS 26.0统计软件进行分析,来探索教师专业发展过程(专业活动需求、专业活动参加频率和参加活动阻碍因素)对教师专业发展效果的影响。结果表明:教师专业活动需求对教师专业发展效果的回归系数具有统计学意义,教师专业活动需求对教师专业发展效果有正向预测作用;教师专业活动参加频率对教师专业发展效果的回归系数具有统计学意义,教师专业活动参加频率对教师专业发展效果有正向预测作用。因此,可以通过尊重教师的需求,提升工科教师专业素质、激发教师动力,提升教师参与专业发展活动的积极性、提升培训质量,建立符合地方应用型高校教师队伍特点的激励机制提升教师对自身专业发展效果的满意度。
Abstract: This paper explores the influence of teachers’ professional development process (demand for professional activities, frequency of participation in professional activities, and obstacles to participation) on the effect of teachers’ professional development with the help of statistical data from the questionnaire on teachers’ professional development in local applied colleges and universities, which was analyzed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software. The results showed that the regression coefficients of teachers’ professional activity needs on teachers’ professional development effects were statistically significant, and teachers’ professional activity needs had a positive predictive effect on teachers’ professional development effects; the regression coefficients of teachers’ professional activity participation frequency on teachers’ professional development effects were statistically significant, and teachers’ professional activity participation frequency had a positive predictive effect on teachers’ professional development effects. Therefore, teachers’ satisfaction with their own professional development effects can be improved by respecting teachers’ needs, improving the professional quality of engineering teachers, stimulating teachers’ motivation, enhancing teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in professional development activities, improving the quality of training, and establishing an incentive mechanism that meets the characteristics of the teaching force in local applied colleges and universities.
