美国州立大学荣誉学院人才培养协同机制及启示

摘要: 协同机制的建立是美国州立大学荣誉学院人才培养质量的重要保障。州立大学荣誉学院人才培养协同机制主要包括内部、外部两个部分,并具有清晰明确的角色定位、高效全面的资源共享、健全完善的组织制度、广泛深入的密切联系等特征。美国州立大学荣誉学院人才培养协同机制对我国地方高水平大学荣誉学院拔尖创新人才培养具有重要的借鉴价值,即:一是明确协同主体角色定位,实现高效顺畅协同合作;二是确保多元资源有效共享,提升人才协同培养质量;三是加强协同组织机构建设,健全完善制度规范设计;四是积极拓宽协同合作领域,全面深化协同合作层次。
Abstract: The establishment of collaborative mechanism is an important guarantee for the quality of talent training in Honors College of American State University. The collaborative mechanism of talent training in Honors College of State University mainly includes internal and external parts, and has the characteristics of clear and clear role positioning, efficient and comprehensive resource sharing, sound and perfect organizational system, and extensive and in-depth close contact. The collaborative mechanism of talent training in honors colleges of American State universities has important reference value for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in honor colleges of local high-level universities in China, namely: first, clear the role positioning of collaborative subjects to achieve efficient and smooth collaborative cooperation; the second is to ensure the effective sharing of multiple resources and improve the quality of collaborative training of talents; third, strengthen the construction of cooperative organizations and improve the design of systems and norms; fourth, actively expand the areas of coordination and cooperation and comprehensively deepen the level of coordination and cooperation.
